The Business Challenge: Great workplace culture isn’t built from the top down. At Synchrony, leadership starts with investing in and listening to our employees to help shape the workplace experience together. So how do we showcase Synchrony’s culture & leadership in investing-in-people to drive real business performance to all Great Places To Work (GPTW) Summit attendees in a way that feels interactive, meaningful, and engaging?
The Creative Idea: Through the Together We interactive experience, we invited attendees to share with us what they wanted to see from their employer by submitting their “Work Wish” via QR code. We then projected each wish onto a visually stunning, always changing LED wall that turned the messages into 3D art, bringing their “what if’s” to life.
