Barclays and iShares were my first major accounts in advertising. I barely had enough money in the bank for ramen, so obviously I knew next to nothing about investment banking. Not only did I learn everything about legal copy, FINRA violations and the investment banker audience, working on this brand also taught me how to make ads, with real-life creative briefs, real-life clients, process, craft, coffee and all-nighters. Below is some of the first work I ever did, with the help and guidance of some of the smartest and most talented people I ever knew. I’m kinda proud of it!
